Our Return/Exchange Policies

1. Must be unused (we adhere to strict health and hygiene conditions).
2. Must be in their original condition & packaging.
3. Must be received back at our office within 30 days from the day you placed your order.

We are so confident in our products quality that we offer 30 DAY money back guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase return it within 30 days and we will refund your money.

We will accept any of our unused products back and refund your money (minus shipping) for a period of 30 days. Second Nature Aromatics will not issue a refund for any used product. Defective products can be sent back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Before returning our products, please obtain a return confirmation number by e-mailing our customer service. No refunds will be issued without a return confirmation number. If we suspect that the products have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you and refuse a refund. Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
